國內增1例麻疹確定病例 籲請民眾提高警覺

疾病管制署今日公布國內新增1例麻疹確定病例，為北部40多歲女性，10月6日起陸續出現發燒、出疹、喉嚨痛等症狀，於7日就醫確診。個案潛伏期間無出國史，惟其工作場所常有外國旅客出入，不排除為工作時遭症狀不明顯之外國旅客感染，籲請社會大眾特別提高警覺留意自身健康安全。
疾管署表示，個案可傳染期間除了工作、就醫外，曾有臺北捷運土城、西門、忠孝新生、亞東醫院等站活動史，提醒曾於附表時段出入相關場所的民眾自主健康管理18天，如出現發燒、鼻炎、結膜炎、咳嗽、紅疹等疑似症狀，請配戴口罩速就醫並告知接觸史。目前衛生單位已掌握個案接觸者共128人，包括家人、工作接觸者及就醫時相關接觸者等，未發現有疑似症狀者，預計追蹤觀察至10月28日；另針對接觸者中12名外籍旅客，疾管署將透過國際衛生條例國家對口單位（IHR National Focal Point）通知相關國家。
疾管署指出，國內今（2018）年累計35例麻疹病例，其中9例為境外移入病例，感染國家以泰國等東南亞國家為多；另26例為國內感染，包含21例為3月底因境外移入病例引發之群聚疫情。全球麻疹疫情自3月達高峰後趨緩，我國鄰近國家病例數以印度、印尼、菲律賓、中國大陸及泰國為多，且持續有病例發生。
疾管署再次呼籲，麻疹傳染力強，民眾應按時帶家中滿1歲幼兒及滿5歲至入國小前幼童接種麻疹、腮腺炎、德國麻疹混合疫苗（MMR），並避免帶未滿1歲或未接種疫苗的幼兒至流行地區，如須攜6個月以上未滿1歲的嬰兒前往，可於出發2週前，帶幼兒自費接種1劑MMR疫苗；一般民眾如有接種需求，可於出國前至醫療院所或旅遊醫學門診諮詢評估接種；另建議1981 年（含）以後出生的成人且計劃前往流行地區或工作性質會頻繁接觸外國人者，可自費接種疫苗。相關資訊可至疾管署全球資訊網（https://www.cdc.gov.tw），或撥打免付費防疫專線1922（0800-001922）洽詢。
